How do RazorMetrics and RxAdvocate get my prescription information?

   Your prescription information is provided to RazorMetrics by your insurance provider. 

Your health insurance claims forms are the basis for prescription medication comparisons and, where you may save money by switching prescription medications, recommendations are made to your healthcare provider. If a prescription medication switch is endorsed by a member’s healthcare provider, an RxAdvocate notification will appear for the member’s approval and, once approved, will be fulfilled at the member’s pharmacy. The pharmacy will notify the member when the prescription medication is ready.
