If you're experiencing issues logging into your RxAdvocate app, here are a few troubleshooting items to try and fix the issue.
If you have never logged into your RxAdvocate app:
- The first time you access your RxAdocate app will be from a notification email sent directly from your app. Within this email you'll find the RxAdvocate login link which will automatically open your default web browser to the RxAdvocate login screen.
- Enter your cellphone number
- Enter your date of birth
- You should then be taken to an OTP security screen and a 6 digit code will be sent to your cellphone via text message.
- Enter the OTP code and you'll be take to your RxAdvocate Program Details screen.
- From there, you will be welcomed into your RxAdvocate app.
Issues with your 1st time login:
- If you're not able to login to your app, double check the cellphone number you've entered
- Make sure your date of birth is in the form of MM/DD/YYYY
- If you still experience issues, please reach out to us using the support widget on the bottom right corner of your login screen so we can further assist you.
If you've previously logged into your RxAdvocate app and saved the web app as a shortcut on your desktop or cellphone home screen:
- Sometimes updates are made to the app and it can cause an issue with an older version of a saved shortcut to the app. If you think this may be the case, simply delete the shortcut from your desktop or cellphone home screen.
- Next, return back to your first notification email. The subject line should say "Prescription Benefit Link" or the domain name razormetrics.com
- From the email you can follow your unique login link to access the most up to date RxAdvocate web app.
- If this still does not work, please confirm you're using the original cellphone number you logged in with the first time you logged in and double check that your birthdate is in MM/DD/YYYY form.
- If you still experience problems, from your browser window, clear your cookies & cache and then close the browser window. Then follow your email link or saved shortcut.
